With diverse Ain Dubai offers and tickets at your disposal, you can choose to take the ride in a shared Observation Cabin or a Social Cabin with premium experiences (inclusive of beverages and access to a VIP lounge.) Whichever you opt for, all cabins are armed with the most high-tech features such as safety/rescue equipment, fire sensors, fire extinguishers and an intercom. Moreover, there are least chances for motion sickness as the wheel spins at a walking pace.

- Arrive 30–60 minutes early to complete the entry process.
- Children and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
- Ain Dubai will close 30 minutes before park closing.
- Cabins are fully air-conditioned, and one rotation takes 38 minutes.
- External food is not allowed; only F&B from Ain Dubai's lounge or concessions is permitted.
- Ain Dubai may close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds, or technical malfunctions.
